Our users, the Skilliconians, are teenagers and youth between 13 and 26 years old. Some are outgoing and others shyer, but all are restless, curious and with a flame in their hearts that leads them to challenge themselves to explore the best of their skills in sports, arts and entertainment. They are sure that all humans have talents, and we deserve to explore them without restrictions; they also believe that those more talented should excel and get professional opportunities in a meritocratic way.
Most of them are in the process of exploring and discovering everything they can do; They do not want to limit themselves to a single activity of singing, dancing, drawing, football, basketball or any other activity, they want to try as much as possible because they are in the process of knowing themselves and seeing what their strengths and limits are. Those who have already found their passion and talent, want to advance, know exactly what they need to improve, take it to the next level, stand out, and access real career opportunities without bureaucracy and without conditions that are different from their talents.
Their neighborhood, city, and even their country, remain small; They seek to explore and highlight their talent to the world, because they believe that exposing their skills to a diversity of people and cultures is how they can truly challenge and validate their talent.
